This might be overly stereotypical of me but if my daughter stormed off when I bought her a car I’d slap her and say she is going to enjoy the convent.
put her on a plane, make her travel to india, make her live in a temple without any posessions at all for a year, knowing she is still better off than the families living in the slums. there is a cure for hedonism and ungratefulness.
